As an accredited counsellor training centre, we’re able to offer sessions at different prices with
counsellors at every stage of their professional development.

We all need acceptance, compassion and someone to talk to.
Our counsellors offer these things unconditionally to help you find clarity and to enable growth.
Many of us come to counselling when things have become acutely difficult,
but more and more of us are finding these regular conversations essential to self-care.

We’re here whenever you need us, for as long as we’re helpful to you.

£40-70/session* with a qualified therapist   ·   £20/session with a Lifetime intern
