Ayshe Augustine

Empathy. Integrity. Empowerment.

Life can be complicated, messy and overwhelming. I understand this not only through my professional training, but also through my own journey of recovery from childhood trauma and addiction. That lived experience allows me to meet you with authenticity, understanding and respect.

In our sessions, you’ll find a safe, non-judgemental space where you can feel truly seen and heard. Our work will be authentic, collaborative and centred on what matters most to you. Together, we’ll cut through the noise, uncover your strengths and build the tools you need to move forward with clarity and confidence. We’ll explore what’s been holding you back and find ways to move through life with resilience and a deeper understanding of yourself.
