At Lifetime, we like to build community through our practice, events and space.
Our space is available for both public and private events. We have four rooms available on a one-off or regular basis. Whether you need a room for a therapy session, a treatment, a group session, as a photography studio, meeting room, showroom, or for workshops or events.

Located at the heart of Truro on Lemon Street, our premises have been designed for flexible use, ideal for counselling practitioners and creatives.
The Yellow Room
Ideal for one-to-one therapy sessions. Only available on request.
The Treatment Room
Ideal for one-to-one therapy and for counsellors offering art therapy.
The Gallery Room
Ideal for showcases, meetings, workshops or events.
The Group Room
Ideal for group therapy sessions, workshops, events or to use as a photography studio.

On-site parking is for clients only where a Lifetime Therapy Parking sign is located only. There are plenty of parking options for therapists in the locality.
There are 6 talking therapy rooms available on the first floor of St. Mary's House, along with two non-gendered toilets and a small kitchen area. The first floor is only accessible via stairs - there is no lift in the building. There is WiFi throughout the building.
Wheelchair accessible room: There is one therapy room on the ground floor which is accessible for those with mobility restrictions only by arrangement via email: hello@lifetimetherapy.co.uk

The Hazel Room
Comprises 3 chairs; ideal for individual and couples therapy.
The Holly Room
Comprises 3 chairs; ideal for individual and couples therapy.
Book rooms at your convenience for therapy sessions, treatments, meetings, workshops or events.
Access to the building from 7am to 9pm, 7 days a week, with use of the amenities including a kitchen, shower and toilet. Projector available in The Gallery, Waiting Room and the Yellow Room in Truro.

You can book a room on a regular basis. Our monthly pass includes up to 4 sessions per week with a minimum 3-month commitment.
Access to the building from 7am to 9pm, 7 days a week, with use of the amenities including a kitchen, shower and toilet. Projector available in every room.
