Self-Awareness in a Safe Space
I am an NCPS accredited counsellor and supervisor, as well as an EMDR UK accredited therapist. At the heart of my work is a simple but profound belief: that with the right support, we all possess the inner strength to move toward a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
My practice is deeply rooted in the Person-Centred Approach, meaning our sessions are led by your needs and your pace. To support this, I bring specialised training as a trauma-informed EMDR therapist, alongside an interest in mindfulness and existential therapy. Whether you are navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, or simply feeling “stuck”, I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental space to explore those challenges together.
My commitment to well-being extends beyond the therapy room. For most of my adult life, I have been dedicated to social and environmental causes, and I am proud to be the Founder and Managing Director of the charity ‘Counselling for Social Change’.
I work to the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society’s (NCPS) Code of Ethics and am fully insured and DBS checked, ensuring that our work together is held to the highest professional and ethical standards.
